Refund Policy

Because all products are custom-made, we maintain the following policy:

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled before production starts
  • Once production begins, cancellation is not allowed

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only available in the following cases:

  • Manufacturing defects confirmed by our QC team
  • Wrong product shipped (not matching approved drawings)
  • Severe quality issues that cannot be repaired

3. Non-Refundable Cases

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind after production starts
  • Incorrect measurements provided by customer
  • Natural variations in material (color, grain, texture)

4. Resolution Process

If there is any issue:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving goods
  2. Provide photos/videos for review
  3. We will evaluate and propose solution:
    • Repair
    • Replacement
    • Partial compensation (if applicable)
