Shipping Policy

1. Production Time

All products are custom-made according to project drawings and specifications.

  • Production time: 10-15 business days.
  • Production begins after final confirmation of drawings and payment.

2. Shipping Method

We ship worldwide using professional freight forwarding services:

  • Sea freight (FCL / LCL) – for bulk and project orders
  • Air freight – for urgent samples (if applicable)

We ensure all shipments are properly packaged and protected for long-distance transportation.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated total delivery time:

  • Sea freight: 45-50 days depending on destination
  • Air freight: 10-15 days

👉 Total lead time = production time + shipping time

4. Shipping Cost

Shipping cost depends on:

  • Total volume (CBM)
  • Destination country
  • Shipping method (sea/air)

Final shipping cost will be confirmed before production.

5. Customs & Duties

Customers are responsible for:

  • Import duties
  • Customs clearance fees  (by sea shipment can help to solve this fee)
  • Local taxes (if applicable)

We provide full shipping documents to support customs clearance.

6. Tracking

Once shipped, we will provide:

  • Bill of Lading (B/L) or Tracking number
  • Shipping updates from logistics partners

7. Important Notes

  • All products are custom-made and non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect
  • Please ensure all drawings and measurements are confirmed before production
  • Delays may occur due to customs or weather conditions
